Returns and Exchanges Policy for USA Customers


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify American Mystique within 10 days from Date of Delivery for a replacement, exchange, credit or refund (shipping charges are not refundable).  

A Return Authorization Number from American Mystique only must accompany all Returns or Exchanges, and must be written on either the Return Shipping Label or on the top of the Box with water proof marker.

After receiving an Return Authorization Number from American Mystique, please follow the instructions and note that items must be received within 10 days. All returns are inspected prior to processing any replacements, exchanges or refunds. All original tags must be still attached on the garment. Items damaged while opening shipping package (cuts, slices, scrapes, punctures, etc.) are non-returnable. Should we receive returns with any indications of wear, pet or human hair, or with odors from cigarettes, cigars, perfumes, etc., we will ship back to Customer at their expense. Cost of Return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer

Arbitrary Returns (Returns with No Authorization Number will be shipped back to Customer at their expense.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.    American Mystique recommends UPS Ground for returns or exchanges. Refunds for orders $200 or higher will be credited the full amount less $10 for restocking expenses.

Please note: unauthorized returns are not excepted.



All Purchases Dating from Midnight - Nov 15th to Midnight-Dec 21st - for Items intended or specifically held as Christmas Presents/Gifts for December 25th, are Granted Special Holiday Exchange for Size and/or Return Considerations Only until Midnight-December 31st.
