Return & Exchange Procedures

A. USA Customers -Can Return & Exchange Using a Return Authorization Number (Read Easy Instructions).

Continental USA - UPS Special Flat Rate Ground Shipping is Free for all Orders over $150.  This includes Normal Ground Rate - Insurance - Signature Required Costs. All Shipping Rates not USA Ground such as 2nd Day delivery are customer's choice and responsibility for payment.  Alaska & Hawaii or Canada not included.

B. Christmas Returns have a longer grace period, till - Midnight December 31st* - to request a Return Authorization Number.  That way gifts can set under the Tree. 

All Purchases between Nov 15th and Dec 15th qualify for this Special Christmas Purchase Return or Exchange Policy.  Purchases after Dec 15th are secure in the normal 10 day after delivery process.  

C. Special Requests:  If other arrangements are needed for any reason or time period regarding any purchase for Christmas, Birthdays, Anniversaries, special needed time frames - just let us know.  We will be happy to assist your needs.


Be sure to have your Online Invoice order Number available on inside you email communication when contacting us.   Include your Online Invoice Order Number, the name of the item you purchased, and contact information necessary for to get in touch with you.

1)     Even if you don’t like the Product, You can return it with an assigned Return Authorization Number.   Just Request a Return Authorization Number, from, within 10 Days from Delivery for any Returns or Exchanges.  A Customer has 10 Days from delivery of his purchase to request a Return Authorization Number for an Exchange in Size, Product, or to Return for Refund. Customer is responsible for shipping expenses for returns and exchanges.  *If You need more than 10 days after Delivery due to a Birthday or Anniversary or other event, just contact us and let us know the circumstances and we will try to accommodate for your situation.

2)     Email us at to request an RA number for an Exchange in Size or Return. Customer must request an RA Number within that 10 Days of delivery unless the Christmas Period is in effect. You can also contact us by phone during normal office hours 9 to 5 Monday through Friday.

3)     Shipping Fees are not Refundable.  

4)    Normal Refunds for full Return are subject to a $15 charge for restocking expenses and/or supplier fees.   Note: You may want to insure your return. is not responsible for Carrier lost, misdirected or damaged returns Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement when the item has been returned and accepted. Customer will receive a copy of that Transaction in their email.

5)     When you Request a Return Authorization Number, please indicate the reason for your return or exchange in size.

6)   Unauthorized Returns bearing No Return Authorizing Number are automatically refused, and sent back to the Sender.  

7)     American Mystique will only conduct business or grant such a request with the Original Purchaser of the product.

8)     Items that are damaged, altered or abused after deliver to the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

9)     Refunds will be credited less any purchased Shipping Fees or Restocking Fees.  We cannot refund Purchased delivery fees.    Insure your return; we cannot be responsible for Carrier lost, misdirected or damaged returns. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer.

10)     For all Orders and Shipments: It is the responsibility of the Customer to insure a safe and secure shipment delivery site.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES ---All Purchases Dating from Midnight-Nov 15st to Midnight-Dec 21st  for Items intended or specifically held as Christmas Presents/Gifts for December 25th, are Granted Special Holiday Exchange for Size and/or Return Considerations Only until Midnight-December 31st.   Items Purchased After the December 21st Date still retain their own 10 Day Receipt clause.  Requests for Exchanges or Returns outside this time frame will ONLY be considered from their NORMAL PURCHASE AND DATE OF DELIVERY RECEIPT.  If you need more time, please contact American Mystique, explain your situation and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

Some Products are drop-shipped and will be returned to their origin.   We will inform you at that time how and where to send in your return or exchange. A Valid R. A. Number must be included with your return in order to assure proper credit. All approved Returns must have a Valid Return Authorize Number granted only by American Mystique.
