American Mystique® Merchant Policy for Customer Purchases

Returns & Exchanges - Read Carefully.

When Contacting American Mystique for Information Regarding Any Order, Please have Your Online Invoice Order Number Available. No Business will be conducted without the proper Online Invoice Order Number.

All Orders Shipped to Customers will require Customer to Sign for Delivery with a photo ID. We always Recommend Normal Ground Rate due to its Fair Cost and Established Reliability.

American Mystique reserves all rights to manually review and approve or decline any transaction deemed suspicious or fraudulent.

1. U.S. CUSTOMERS ONLY---All RETURN REQUESTS for Product Exchanges or Returns must be within 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT of Delivery of Merchandise and with a proper ONLINE INVOICE NUMBER, Item Purchased, and Date of Purchase.

All EXCHANGES & RETURNS must first be:

1a) Approved by AMERICAN MYSTIQUE - This can be done easily by Phone (direct) or by Email.

2a) For Customers who are assigned a Return Authorization Code Number by AMERICAN MYSTIQUE, ALL Return Authorizations are only valid for 14 Business Days. Any Return merchandise must be 1) Shipped & 2)Return and Exchanged Merchandise Must Be Received within 14 Business Days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - NO Returns or Exchanges, or Refunds, or Refund Adjustments for any International Sales, Transactions, Purchases, or Claims. All International Sales and Purchases thorough American Mystique are Final at the time of Transaction Approval. If an International Order or Transaction cannot be delivered in 90 Days time, a Refund can be requested by Purchaser.

2. A Valid R. A. Number must be included with your return in order to assure proper credit. Approved Returns are subject to a Minimum 12% Restocking and Credit Card Re-Accrediting Fees.

3. American Mystique is Not Responsible for Merchandise or Products Returned Unsolicited or without a proper Assigned Valid Return Authorization Number or Returned beyond or past the allowed 14 day limit Return Ship Limit. If for any reason or means, American Mystique has to accept an Un-Authorized or Arbitrary Return from any Customer or Agent representing that Customer, the Original Purchaser agrees to forfeit a 25% Re-Stocking and Re-Accrediting Fee to American Mystique from the total amount of the original transaction. Original Purchaser agrees that all Shipping Costs and Fees are not a part any Re-stocking and Re-Accrediting Fee(s).

American Mystique may offer 'FREE GROUND SHIPPING ' for those Special Promotional Products specifically designated, and only within the 48 United States. Sorry, Hawaii, Alaska and all International Orders including other Territories are excluded from this Policy and Offer.

AMERICAN MYSTIQUE considers 10 days from Receipt of Delivery plenty of time for any Customer to examine purchased merchandise, whereby they must decide if they want to keep it, exchange for size, or to Return the item. Please note that American Mystique will only conduct Business or Grant such a Request with the Original Purchaser of the Product. Any and all Refunds or Adjustments or Accrediting that might occur will only be granted to the Original Purchaser only. American Mystique will not Refund any Money or account funds to anyone other than the Original Purchaser as named on the Purchase Order.

4. All Refunds for Approved Returned Merchandise are subject to a 12% Restocking & Re-Handling Fee. Original, Return, and any other accrued Shipping Costs or Options are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser and are none refundable. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number for each return, which is valid for 14 days only. The valid R.A. Number must be included with your return in order to assure proper credit. We are not responsible to accept any liability for issuing any Refunds for Merchandise returned without a Valid and Approved American Mystique Return Authorization Number. Authorized Returns sent in beyond the 14 day Shipping Time Limit will no longer be accepted as a legitimate return or exchange by American Mystique, its Suppliers, Wholesalers, and/or Distributors. A new request for a New Return Authorization Code Number must occur and a brand new R.A.C. Number granted for such a late request.

***CHRISTMAS NOTICE---All Purchases Dating from Midnight-Nov 15th to Midnight-Dec 21st for Purchased Items intended or specifically held as Christmas Presents/Gifts for December 25th, are Granted Special Holiday Exchange for Size and/or Return Considerations Only until Midnight-December 31st. No Exceptions from the stated Nov 15th to Dec 21st time period will be granted beyond the End of Year DEC 31st Date unless Expressed Permission is arranged through Special Request and fully Pre-Approved by the Management of American Mystique using a unique Request Code. Items Purchased After the December 21st Date still retain their own Normal 10 Day Receipt at Date of Delivery clause.

All items purchased before Midnight-November 15th retain the 10 days from Receipt or Delivery for normal exchanges or returns.

5. American Mystique's Photograph and/or Product Image Disclaimer: All Product Images from Photographs, Digital Images of Products, Thumbnail Images used for Links and any other Product Likeness or Images Presented by American Mystique for the Customer's viewing may not necessarily represent an actual or exact true likeness of the Product for the viewer.

A) Colors and tones may vary from Likeness to Likeness. Additionally, American Mystique may chose to lighten any Likeness or Image to enhance the display of certain product features. For some Images, American Mystique has has sign an Image Agreement Contract with some Distributors and cannot alter their likeness.

B) In addition, not all computer are adjusted the same for image color and tone presentation. Online Servers are not equal in their color or tone adjustments either. An LCD Monitor can and often presents a much lighter and enhanced likeness than other types of Monitors. Every Computer and its Monitor, or other monitoring device such as a Cell Phone may present the viewer a inaccurate color presentation of any online image.

Please Take Note: A picture-perfect complaint by any customer stating any or such slight differences in color tones or lightness and/or darkness from an actual purchased product compared to the American Mystique's Retail Website's Image representation does not qualify as a reason to substantiate a Product Return for Refund.

International Trips by Customers. Any Product purchased through American Mystique for any purpose and transported overseas, or Internationally, or to any other Country other than the United States cannot be Returned or Exchanged. Any and all request for exchange and return are forfeited by the Customer and/or Original Purchaser.

All other Requests for Exchanges or Returns outside this time frame will ONLY be considered from their NORMAL PURCHASE AND DATE OF DELIVERY RECEIPT.

All Refunds for Approved Returned Merchandise are subject to a 12% Restocking & Re-Handling Fee, with no Fee or Fee Total emerging greater than 12% of the Original Purchase Price of the Item or Article. Original, Return, and any other accrued Shipping Costs or Options are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser and are none refundable.

Arbitrary or Randomly sent Exchanges or Returns without first being assigned an Authorization Code are not accepted! Any and All Exchanges or Returns that occur without obtaining a 'Return Authorization Code' prior to shipping or expressed Approval from American Mystique WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED by American Mystique and/or it's Manufacturers and Distributors. Sub-Section 1A: By agreeing with this American Mystique Merchant Policy, the Customer of this said transaction or of any contested transaction forfeits and surrenders all full rights and/or claims to funds, refunds, re-funding, and/or monetary reimbursement from the issuing or distributing Credit Card Company and American Mystique, should the said Customer or Customers of the contested claim direct, request, and/or demand the Credit Card Company issue any and all charge-backs, refunds, or monetary reimbursement consideration pertaining to the contested or protested claim or transaction, if said Claimant or Claimants initiate such a contest or protest to/with the Credit Cart Company before or without first contacting American Mystique and retaining an issued Return Code for the expressed permission to return the item of sale, or retaining an issued Exchange Code for the expressed permission to return the item for exchange in size or model.

Sub-Section 1B. American Mystique® retains all rights to Refuse any Request for Return or Exchange when said Request for Return or Exchange is initiated or authored by anyone, customer/and/or/purchaser/and/or/recipient, who has authored, used, or be party to False Pretense, Fraudulent Affectations, Reasons, Causes, and other Prevarications and/or other Untruths to effect a hoax, cheat, fraud, and/or to Defraud American Mystique® and/or its Suppliers and/or Manufacturers/Distributors in any way or fashion, or processes. If American Mystique through its Owners and/or employees, or through its Suppliers and/or Manufacturers/Distributors should discover or learn of any Falsehoods or Inventions during the Return or Exchange Process, American Mystique® retains all rights to Deny, Detain or Suspend, and Refuse any/or all such requests for said Returns or Exchange Requests, Applications, or Processes.

6. ANY MERCHANDISE CUT, TORN, BLEMISHED, MARKED, OR PUNCTURED THROUGH USE OR SHOWING WEAR WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN. ANY JACKET OR COAT SMELLING OF ODORS FROM CIGARETTES, CIGARS, PIPE-SMOKE, OR PERFUMES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN. ANY MERCHANDISE CONTAINING ODORS OR ANY BLEMISHING FROM DISTILLATES, LUBRICANTS, OR DEODORANT RESIDUES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN. Should we receive such Returns, they will be sent back to the Customer at their expense. Shipping charges, Insurance costs, and any Re-Stocking Fees that may be assessed are non-refundable.

7. For all Exchanges & Returns, the Customer is responsible for Shipping, Handling, and Insurance costs, any/all Restocking Fees, Re-Crediting Transaction Fees, all of which are Non - Refundable. This includes all Return Shipping, Proper Insurance, and Handling Fees if applicable, and any/all Restocking Fees that may be charged to American Mystique™ by the Individual Distributor for for the Returned Product. Each Distributor/Manufacturer has differing Policies regarding Returns and Restocking Fees. Insurance for an Exchange or Return: Protect yourself by purchasing the proper and full amount Insurance required to protect your investment in the purchase! If Exchanging or Returning an item is Lost or Misplaced by the Shipping Company, You the customer are Responsible for filing a Lost Claim with said Shipping Company for any possible Re-Imbursements. If the item becomes lost due to the Shipping Company's error, with no covering insurance, American Mystique and/or its Manufacturers/Distributors cannot and are not responsible for any Refunds or Re-Credits. The Shipping Company You utilized is responsible for issuance of that Refund.

8. Please note: Specially Marked Products that may/will not be allowed a return will always be marked in 'Bold Red Font' as Specially Marked Products that may/will not be allowed a return will always be marked in 'Bold Red Font' as No Returns Accepted.

9. If American Mystique is arbitrarily or randomly sent or forwarded any "Unsolicited" Containers, Boxes, or Packaging, without first granting its approval through an Exchange or Return Code to a Customer, opening that or such container for Investigation of Contents and sender information Does Not Constitute Acceptance on American Mystique's part for any possible considerations for Exchange or Return. Boxes and/or Containers containing no return address or other pertinent information as to who sent the box or container and what any particular box or package may contain or its reasons for being sent to us may be refused.

*** DO NOT USE A SHARP INSTRUMENT to open the Packages that your jacket is mailed in! We know you are excited and want to see it NOW! - but if you go at it with a scissors, razor blade or knife you might slice the jacket inside the package. We cannot accept returns on jackets that have been damaged during opening.

10. No International Returns or Exchanges Accepted.

All International Sales are final. All International Customers Agree to Accept and/or are Responsible for any and all VAT, Duties, Taxes, Fees, etc. which may occur at the Destination Country. International Shipping Costs prohibit Exchanges or Returns for Overseas Customers, so be sure of Your Size and Product Choice before placing an order with us. Once an International Customer places an order and successfully purchases one of our products through our online shopping cart American Mystique reserves the right to wait for the Purchasing Transaction to reach final completion before shipping any merchandise. American Mystique retains the right to refuse Service, Sale, or Shipping to any Party, Customer, Entity, or Enterprise, Foreign or Domestic, whose purchase seems or is deemed suspicious or fraudulent in any nature.

*All Canadian Purchases & Shipments will be shipped using FedEx or UPS International Economy or Canadian Ground. All Canadian Customers will be required to pay any and all owed duties or custom fees at time of package delivery.

*Important Note to all International Customers regarding Customs Fees & Taxes: Any Purchase or Shipment refused by the International Customer at the Destination Country is fully the Responsibility of that individual International Customer. Remember, the Sale and Transaction for said product is final in every and all aspects. Any and all Refusals on the International Customers part to Accept and/or pay/or accept full and all Responsibility for any and all VAT, Duties, Taxes, Fees, etc. which may occur at the Destination Country, will result in the purchaser's complete forfeiture of any, and/or, all monetary refunds and/or monetary re-imbursements for the refused merchandise, in addition to all shipping and handling fees attached to the transaction.

American Mystique accepts No Fault on its part, if it accepts in good faith any International Order and/or Purchase, and upon shipping that Order and/or Purchase in good faith, only to have the International Customer refuse to accept delivery at the Destination country for any and/or all reasons.

11. All Email communications from customers are considered Confidential and/or Privileged Information and all forms of communication to and from American Mystique are also considered same. This and any message containing information from American Mystique and/or its customers that is considered to be confidential and/or privileged and not for public publication or discourse in any form written or verbal. This information is intended only to be for the use of the individual(s) or entity(ies) named above. Be aware that any disclosure, copying, distribution or use of the contents of this information to parties other than the individual(s) or entity(ies) named above is prohibited and illegal without written permission from American Mystique. Communication is only used for shipping and ordering purposes and not for use in unauthorized discourse, disclosure, copying, or distribution, use, or ill use of any or all parts of the information to parties outside the normal business discourse of ordering or the shipping of merchandise to and for customers.
