American Mystique offers our Customers a Match Price Program on many of our products.   Just click our 'THEIR PRICE IS OUR PRICE GUARANTEE CAPTION' on each product page.

If you see the same product-item from a competitive authorized E-Commerce Retailer, we will Match Their Price and give you an allowance of 10% more from the price difference (see sample).   This program only applies to E-Commerce Stores and does not include printed catalogs or un-confirmable store rack pricing.   Competitor E-Commerce Store must also be current and viably in business.  Year old listed prices on old, un-current, or non-updated web pages do not count.

 

TO RECEIVE YOUR MATCH PRICE CREDIT under the Match Price Guarantee Program, simply

 1)   Order Your Item from our American Mystique Website ---then--

2)   Within 48 hours of Your Purchase, Email us the URL of the web site for the retailer's item found at a lower price than your order.   You must contact us with 48 hours for eligibility for match pricing.

Having a link and the URL of the Web site will aid us in our verification.   We will then verify the information, and upon that verification credit your account.   We will also notify you if and why an item may not quality for our Match Price Program (see Disclaimer below).

***Please allow 72 hours following your approved price match request for re-credit to your credit card account to be processed.  Our Match Price Guarantee Program is proof that American Mystique is serious about giving you the best value, quality, and Customer Service.

The Price we're matching must be for the Identical Product with Identical Label used by the same Manufacturer, (Model, Color, Size, Product Code, etc.) and offered to the public for sale by a Legitimate Authorized E-Commerce Reseller, and the Price compared must include and/or match any Applicable Taxes and/or Shipping Charges (some E-Stores may require a Sales Tax).    You have 48 hours to request a possible Match Price.    Request beyond 48 hours are in-eligible for any form of match pricing.   You can request by phone, or email.

Example: if an E-Store sells a product for $10.00 less than American Mystique but charges extra for shipping & Handling Fees, and has to charge 5% Tax, then their Total End Cost to You may in fact, be more than ours.  You must figure YOUR TOTAL FINAL COST, including shipping, handling, and/or taxes if applied.

The Price to be Matched must be verifiable on the Internet and in-stock for immediate shipment by an Authorized Stocking Dealer, Manufacturer, or Distributor.   The competitor's Price listing must be current, with price adjustments limited to one price match per item.   When American Mystique has confirmed the item is available at a lower price (including shipping charges and/or applicable taxes), we'll re-credit your account for that difference in price, plus reducing the computed difference by 10%.

For Example:
American Mystique Price: $499.99

American Mystique Ground Shipping: $14.37

Your Total Price: $514.36

 
E-Commerce Competitor Price: $450.00

E-Commerce Competitor Shipping:  $19.95

You Total Competitor Price: $469.95

The Total Price Difference:     $44.41

10% from Price Difference:     $  4.44

American Mystique’sTotal Account Allowance:    $48.85

Your New Allowed Net American Mystique Credited Price: $465.51

In this Example, the Customer would receive a re-credit on their account for the Matched Price Allowance, and an extra $4.44 savings, a Total Savings of $48.85!

 Note:  Most E-Retailer Shopping Carts charge Ground Shipping Charges computed by one of the major carriers.  Other E-Retailers use Ground Shipping Charges with a Specific Handling Fee.    A few E-Retailers charge a flat Ground Shipping Charge and handling fee (such as $19.95) for every item no matter what the real shipping charge is.   Please know the competitor’s shipping charge when you ask us to match a price.  American Mystique will only consider Ground Rates within their Matching Price Program.   If Ground Rate Shipping cannot be ascertained from the Competitor, a standard flat rate of $14.00 will be used as substitute for the undetermined Ground Shipping Rate.
